Hi I’m Maxine (she/her),

I’m a muralist, painter and teacher based on Phillip Island, Australia.

I love art, all things creative and even more, sharing that joy with others.

I’ve grown up scribbling, drawing and painting for as long as I can remember, surrounded by the beautiful Australian bush on the Mornington Peninsula. This landscape, it’s smells and the creatures that inhabit it, inspires me greatly.

In 2020 I begun practicing art professionally with murals, art commissions and teaching. Previous to this I was a circus performer and teacher for 10 years which I thank for teaching me the joy of play in creativity as well as helping me develop my skills in teaching a wide range of people from children to adults.

My hope is to continue spreading the joy I feel from art to as many people and communities as I can, through murals and workshops.
